This will be my final post regarding the episodes.
Without going into too much detail, I feel compelled to share a few things that were not revealed during the show.
I’ve seen a few comments, and I’ve refrained from engaging, so I know the consensus on opinions is negative. I understand it and I am not here to debate.
I said from the very beginning that I was not advocating for John to change people's view/mind. Your thoughts and opinions are appreciated and valued, I can accept we all have our own.
However, my opinion and thoughts are based on facts. Not what the media, or documentary portrays.
Now, a few key points to consider.
1. The phone call of John wanting a divorce, where an alcoholic and enraged man with jealous tendencies called back threatening John’s life. That night, we went to bed and thought nothing of it. It was a pissing contest for both men to prove their masculinity.
2. Two months before John’s wife had the affair, John was driving to work when a car pulled up next to him and open fired. They found 72 shell casings at the scene and John’s car totaled. Around that same time money came up missing from the wife’s employer, (a large sum) and the wife was let go. Wait, there’s more. John also cut his wife off financially when the bills were left unpaid, but his account negative.
3. In the testimony of the wife and son, they were both in the house when they heard gun shots. However, the video proves that to be a false statement. When zoomed in you can see both of them on the porch waiting for the brutal attack to occur. None of this brought up at trial.
4. The OJI for John’s case were so incredibly outdated and didn’t fit the self-defense clause that Ohio established in 2021. Jurors, who are normal citizens had issues with the definition, and when asked for clarification they were told “figure it out”. Once the definition was explained, several broke down stating “we never would have voted guilty”. All of this was used during our motion for a new trial, and due to the corrupt nature of our fine court system, it was denied. Keep in mind this was MINUTES after the verdict was read. Not hours, days, or weeks.
5. Money motivates a lot of people, and prior to this John was intelligent with his money. His wife knew this. She knew his health concerns. She knew after the drive by shooting, John didn’t leave his house without his gun. She also knew the male was irate when he discovered John was picking the daughter up, and she still allowed the set-up to occur.
6. In June of 2022 (weeks prior to this incident). The male sent text messages to his family regarding his GF at the time and her daughter. He was planning on kicking them out and breaking up with her. He was unable to handle the daughter.
7. The detective on the stand lied under oath regarding some factual information. When this occurs every case, he’s ever worked will now be questioned. Do you really think they’re going to allow it to be publicized?
8. Two days after sentencing I received several demanding messages regarding John’s assets (in which he has zero). At one point the wife wanted to meet up and discuss some things. I’ve had the cops called on me, I’ve been stalked and recorded, and I’ve been threatened. While this isn't easy for anyone, this was a premeditated attack on John. Look up a “victim precipitated homicide”.
9. The charges don't fit the crime. While most of you see “guilty”, you do not know or understand the law. Two counts of murder, which the definition clearly states “intent”. There was zero intent.
10. The jail call. That was only a SMALL portion of that 15-minute call, where remorse and guilt feel similar. What you didn't hear, was the sobbing of a grown man unsure of what happened. I'm a professional, I know what kind of questions to ask. The 1.32 minutes of him saying “I don't know maybe I didn’t have to shoot”, is nothing compared to the rest of the 13 minutes.
11. If John was so guilty, why did they have to lie, cheat, and manipulate to get their conviction? This is Youngstown, guys. Everyone has an agenda, and it was election year. MONEY motivates even the most ethical people!
12. Weapons were used but never recovered. It is recorded on Johns dashcam the two involved are picking things up and “collaborating” their story. The daughter told a family member “mommy has his phone, and I know he has messages on there about my daddy”. Yet the phone was never collected. The daughter was encouraged to speak to the detective, but you all can see what happened there.
Now, as far as I go. I am way stronger than I even knew. I initially said when this happens “if I lose him, I’ll be in the psych ward”. I wholeheartedly meant that! I still wonder how I didn’t end up there.
Instead, I chose to rely HEAVY on my faith! I am far from a perfect Christian, but MY GOD has he been amazing to me! The strength he has given me, the knowledge I didn’t even know I had to continue John’s fight has been mind-blowing.
Our purpose is greater than any of this. I promise you; I will not stop sharing his story until the full truth is revealed.
Despite our differences, please continue to pray. No one involved “won” that day. Both families are mourning. Be respectful, even to the evilest people. His fight isn't over.
Psalm 103:3: "He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."
