First visit of August and he cried as soon as he hugged me. I asked what was wrong and he said "nothing". I let it go and told him we were coloring today as it can be relaxing and soothing. He colored one object from the page before handing it back to me. He continued to cry throughout the whole visit, said some things that made me question whether or not I should keep fighting.

He's giving up. Doesn't have faith in the appeal or our judicial system, and who can blame him? His life cut short because 12 jurors didn't understand the jury, and the TWO that asked questions, shut down by the courts! This world is so cruel and unfair.

I attempted to talk to him about Faith and surrendering, and he instantly shuts down "no, I have none". I back off and let him vent, cry, swear. He's filled with hate, this isn't him at all. I thought prison was about "rehabilitating", but how do you rehabilitate someone who had no problem abiding by the law. Rehabilitated, yet the prisons are filled with REPEAT offenders.

How did the offenders on the Rowan Sweeney case get 20 to life? Bryant and McCoy got charged with aggravated murder, had a past history and they get two more years than John? Where's the gun spec? John, who did things legally and had his CCW got an additional three year gun spec? This was a premeditated robbery/shooting where an innocent CHILD was taken and they got TWENTY to LIFE? Two more years that John, TWO! Where's the justice?

This quoted statement from head prosecutor is the same exact statement she said when John was sentenced...

"DeGenova said Crump has shown no remorse".

Do you even know what the definition of remorse is? How can you compare apples to oranges? How can you compare John's remorse to that of a known killer? Either broaden your vocabulary, or PASS on giving a statement.

Those of you in mahoning county please make better choices in November!

This is just ONE of many cases in Mahoning County where an individual premediated a shooting and get's sentenced the same exact way? Only John, who's been a gun owner for the last 25 years with a CCW gets an additional THREE FREAKING YEARS. I'm so frustrated with our judicial system I almost want to go into politics!

I'll give one more example and and you guys can decide on your own.

WKBN reports (which I absolutely despise this news statation for obvious reasons)

"Mikese Stevens, 24, pleaded guilty in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to two counts of murder for the Dec. 20, 2022 shooting deaths of Joseph Sanders, 51, and Kimberly Kalasky, 41.

Stevens was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison by Judge John Durkin, which was the sentence agreed upon by the attorneys in the case. As part of the plea agreement, those sentences will run concurrently instead of consecutively.

Prosecutors also agreed to drop firearm specifications in exchange for Stevens’ plea".

A DOUBLE homicide, again with the INTENT and he actually got LESS than John. What in the actual hell? Say it with me, 15 years for a double homicide. FIFTEEN! No gun spec, and he'll be out in 8 years for the PREMEDITATED killing of TWO individuals! Hmmmm.....

If someone can help me find the INTENT that John had when going to pick up his daughter and grandson, then maybe I wouldn't be so hurt. Was the intent in him planning family dinner the night before? Maybe it was the flip flops he wore over there? Could it have been the warning shot he gave?

God help me when I decide to expose every one. The fraud, corruption, lies, cover-ups. It's coming, and it's coming quicker than I anticipated.
