I received a message this morning from a friend on facebook. She sent me an article that involved a local man who was awarded a $175,000 lawsuit against Mahoning County.
I don't know if any one has heard the story, as it happened a year ago. I found the article to be interesting, so I waited till I got home to do more research. I was suprised to read two short articles from WKBN, and WFMJ. Not ONE mention of the other parties involved with this man's termination.
The corruption goes on in every town, that's a given. What I don't understand, is why we, the public, the tax payers allow it? Why do we support, vote, and defend illegal behavior from politicians? If I did the same illegal behavior they continue to exhibit I'd be condemned? Make sense?
I came across a local podcast tonight while "google" searching more information about this lawsuit. I ended up messaging the guys who run the page, had a quick chat and I am more devoted and inclined to expose the corruption then I have ever been! How many people have suffered at the hands of "shady" politicians? It makes me utterly sick!
I can't remember which post it was, but do you remember the pic I shared where someone sent a pic of them celebrating the night John attempted suicide? That same individual is mentioned in the article (highly recommend reading). Yet she does "good" for the community? What a laughing stock. I have about 10 more articles that PROVE that the politicians in Mahoning County are corrupt, paid off, and engage in illegal behavior. It only makes sense. We have a local "gang" banger who killed two individuals with INTENT and he got the same exact sentence as John? Whattt??
Here I go, becoming hateful and spiteful again! I missed church this week. I had a million things going on and absolutely NO time to do it, so I made the ultimate sacrifice. The one thing that keeps me sane for the week and I decided to skip. Guess who's having a horrible week? I am mentally screwed up! I think I've come to realize I'm going to have weeks like this. I can't wait until life calms down a bit. I can't handle it.
Check out the TRUTH and compare it to the bogus news report from WKBN and WFMJ. Why isn't there's as detailed, lined pockets for sure!
On December 13, 2022, Prosecutor DeGenova emailed Morrison’s counsel that Morrison’s termination was void from the beginning and instructed Morrison to return to work the next day. But DeGenova, who claimed to have performed an “investigation,” in her email went well beyond what a normal lawyer would write, the federal complaint alleged. Instead of just announcing Morrison’s reinstatement and generally demurring on liability issues, DeGenovo went so far as to exonerate the commissioners’ behavior, claim they had no role in Morrison’s termination, and, it would seem, falsely scapegoat County Administrator Audrey Tillis for supposedly having acted alone without authority. (DeGenova claimed this despite a pandemic-era commissioners' resolution giving Tillis authority.)
DeGenova failed to provide any details of her purported “investigation,” like to whom she spoke and what documents she reviewed. The entire “investigation” was supposedly completed in just one day.
Meanwhile, Traficanti released statements claiming to have withdrawn from the situation because he did not agree with the unlawful and retaliatory termination and ensuing cover-up. Traficanti’s statements directly conflicted with DeGenova’s claim that the termination “was not politically motivated.” And Traficanti called DeGenova’s story about Tillis being solely responsible “very – very odd.” Had DeGenova, during her purported “investigation,” spoken with Commissioner Traficanti—which any competent lawyer investigating whether commissioners engaged in retaliation would do, then she would have known her statements exonerating the Commissioners were false. Traficanti told third parties that DeGenova knew the true, retaliatory reasons for Morrison's firing.
The suit alleged that DeGenova's effort to cover up for Rimedio-Righetti and Ditzler was a gratuity for their past and expected political support in the race for prosecutor.(Chandra Law Firm).
WHOA, Mahoning County investigating? We know how thorough their investigations are after reviewing all the evidence in John's case! A trampled crime scene, NO DNA collected, staged crime scene, impeached witnesses. The list goes on, and will eventually be outlined for all to see.
Read all the articles yourself, come up with your own conclusion as I am obviously "biased". I just think it's disturbing that the articles from your local news reporter are short and sweat, while the MAIN article from Chandra Law Firm is detailed and ON POINT!!
