Blogging Updates

For those of you who follow my other social media accounts know I had a rough day. A lot going on plus it's the birthday, in which yall should have completed a random act of kindess!

Now that everyone is aware of what is going on in my life, I figured now would be the perfect time to explain my goals. In which nothing is set in stone and I am constantly moving trying to figure out how any of this will benefit John.

For starters, without going into too much detail, we are looking at more court costs, attorney fees. I created the blog to initially help me cope/handle my emotions but have found great pleasure in telling his story. So much has transpired since trial it's still mind blowing to me.

As I was on my way home from our visit today it hit me. I would love nothing more than to start a non-profit for other families who don't have the financial capabilities to help their loved one. I'm not entirely sure how to put it in motion, but you better believe I'll spend the next few months figuring it out and posting an update towards the end of summer.

For those of you who have sent donations to me through cashapp/venmo, or have donated to the gofund me I had up briefly, please know every dime has gone to John for commisary and his clothing/food box. I am maintaing his financial obligations but with my own life/family to take care of, it is becoming a struggle. I've never been afraid to work, hence 156hr paychecks, but with this summer and my youngest off to college I've limited my OT to spend time with my girls and prepare for other life events.

I am not asking for a hand out, I am simply reminding you that I am a jack of all trades and not afraid to get my hands dirty (don't ask John because he'll tell you different). I have NO doubt that God will continue to bless me and this life, and I will trust and have faith in his timing!

I have evidence from John's case that I just stumbled across, and some of it I will be charging a small fee to get access to it. I am trying to figure out a way to post ad-links to my blog so "google" pays me instead, but until I figure that out you might have to subscribe to get the important content! I promise, it'll be worth it! All proceeds will go directly to John.

You will never understand how grateful John and I are for all of you. For the support, love, check-ins, and assistance when needed, we are humbled and honored to know so many kind, compassionate people in the area! Our fight isn't over, keep praying and keep sharing stories of JM!
